Payment and Cancellation Policies
Payment Methods
- All payments are processed exclusively in US dollars (USD).
- All payments are made through the secure TidyCal platform.
- Payment must be completed in full in advance to guarantee your participation.
- Once payment is confirmed, the date and Google Meet link for the class will be assigned.
Booking and Payment System
- Classes are booked and paid in advance through the TidyCal platform.
- Upon completing the booking and payment, you will automatically receive confirmation with the date, time, and Google Meet link to connect to your class.
- Access to sessions will not be allowed without confirmed prior booking and payment.
- The booking is only considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully processed in TidyCal.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Class Rescheduling
- Classes can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
- To request a schedule change, you must send written notification via marco@espanolunoauno.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- If not notified with at least 24 hours' notice, the class will be considered delivered and charged in full, without the right to a refund or rescheduling.
Attendance Policy
- Punctuality is expected in all sessions.
- There is a grace period of 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
- If the student arrives after the 15-minute grace period, the class may be canceled at the instructor's discretion and will be considered delivered, without the right to a refund or rescheduling.
- If the instructor is delayed, the lost class time will be compensated by extending the current session or in a future session.
- It is strongly recommended to use a desktop computer or laptop for the sessions, as this ensures a better learning experience and access to all Google Meet functionalities.
Refund Policy
- No refunds are offered for missed classes due to lack of proper notification (minimum 24 hours).
- No refunds are offered for classes that the student did not attend or arrived at more than 15 minutes late.
- If for technical reasons attributable to our platform a class cannot be delivered, we will offer rescheduling at no additional cost or a full refund for that specific session.
